Delivery Charges
At the Party Gifts Store we want to get your party supplies to you as fast as possible and we will endeavor to do this.
Stock Items
Provided the gift supplies ordered are available from warehouse stock, dispatch is made within 1-2 working days from your order. Most products are available within this time frame but this can be dependent upon the time of year and demand when your order is placed – we always recommend forward planning! If your chosen items are out of stock it can take up to 10 working days or more to get them into the warehouse for despatch to you. Branded goods can take longer to deliver as plain stock items are printed with an imprint which must first be signed off against an artwork approval by you.
If your order is to be delayed due to a stock-out or your order due date cannot be met due to a bank holiday or seasonal demand we will inform you immediately.
Delivery Methods
All parcels are posted by courier or via Royal Mail and will usually be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods and sign for them. Requesting a signature is common practice for couriers and a requirement for special or record deliveries. If the goods cannot be delivered they may be left with a neighbour (who agrees to sign for them) or returned to the delivery depot. The postman or driver should inform you of this with a card.
Undelivered or collected packages may be returned to the Party Gifts Store at our cost and your order cancelled.
Delivery Timeframes
The standard delivery time frame is within 3-5 working days of despatch. For quicker deliver times please contact us and ask about our express delivery method. We can also arrange a dedicated delivery as part of our logistic and fulfillment service.
Delivery Charges and Postcodes
The following charges are based on an order weight of 3.5Kg. If your order is above this weight limit we will advise you as soon as possible and quote you the revised delivery charge.
The Party Gifts Store charges £4.95 for delivery to mainland UK (excluding the north of Glasgow and Edinburgh – the Scottish Highlands).
For orders to Postal Codes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR21-25 and all other non-mainland U.K postal codes our delivery charges are £12.95 for standard delivery and £19.95 for an express delivery.
Offshore, Overseas and Non-UK Deliveries
Please contact us for a delivery quote if you are not on the UK mainland.
Delivery Addresses
We can only ship to a complete postal address with a contact name. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
