How To Place An Order For Party Gifts Supplies

All orders placed are subject to our sales trading terms and conditions.

Website Orders

Orders can be placed and paid for online using our secure payment gateway and external validations (against a valid credit or debit card).

Telephone, Fax and Post Orders

Orders can also be placed over the phone, fax or in writing from individuals or a company (with an official purchase order and signature authorisation). Credit or debit card details can be taken over the phone or payment can be made by cheque or a bank transfer. All goods have to be prepaid before shipment

All client purchase orders or order documentation sent to Redbows must provide a clear description of the items to be purchased, the prices agreed, invoice and delivery address and full contact details. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Proformas Invoices

Please contact our sales office if you require a proforma invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, cheque or a bank transfer. A VAT sales invoice is issued when your goods are despatched.

The Party Gifts Store Customer Satisfaction Survey

Upon despatch of your order, the Redbows finance team will raise a VAT sales invoice and send this to you with a Customer Satisfaction Survey website link, or as an attached form (Word document). This is part of our ISO 9001 quality management system and provides you with an opportunity to praise and/or comment upon any aspect of how we processed your order.
