Party Gifts Store Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are here to help. Please contact our customer care team to return goods to us. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt and under a Redbows issued Returns Number.
Plain Stock Goods
For plain stock goods to be returned we must be notified and the goods must be unused and returned in their original packing, using an insured delivery method (client payable).
Branded Personalised Goods
Branded and personalised goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty and must be returned for assessment.
To obtain a Returns Number please contact our customer care team and inform them of the reason for the return, including your name, address, contact details and website order or order confirmation number
Credits and Refunds
Once received your goods will be inspected and a credit/refund issued if approved by our customer care team.
