Plain Stock and Personalised Gifts
Plain stock refers to gifts supplied without any personalisation in the form of a printed imprint. Examples of items to include within an imprint include your name and contact number or website address.
Personalised items are also known as branded or promotional items. These include an imprint with your name and contact details. Some items on the Party Gifts Store can be supplied personalised but the main website for branded promotional gifts is the Redbows Promotional Gifts Store
Personalised goods will require an additional branding charge.
Order Placement and Delivery Times
At the Party Gifts Store the standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Next day and Saturday deliveries incur extra charges and are available on request. Redbows also provides a dedicated delivery option as part of its logistics and fulfillment service.
An order confirmation is issued when your order is processed. If you place the order through our website, you receive email notification immediately. If you place the order through our office, your receive an order confirmation when it is processed, which is generally within the working day.
Order Cancellation and Returns Policy
Orders can be cancelled under our sales trading terms policy and returned by complying with our returns policy. Once received your goods will be inspected and a credit issued if approved by our quality team.
If you place an order and wish to amend it please contact our customer care team who will endeavor to accommodate your change(s). Amendments must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible. If your order has shipped we will not be able to amend it.

Order Discounts For Quantity Purchases
Quantity price breaks are shown where immediately available. For large quantities over 250 pieces or a total order value over £1,000 we may be able to offer an additional discount. Please contact us if this is required.
We do not generally provide samples of our products and the minimum quantity available is shown on our website. If you wish to check a product before ordering a large volume, please purchase the minimum or contact our customer care team to see if they have a sample in their office that they can send you.
